In the winter of 2021, the Nightingale Fellowship (a 2-year fellowship program that emphasizes professional development through education, assigned mentorship, and individualized learning experiences in nurses) at one of the hospitals invited me to design and pilot a 3-hour workshop version of the program for nurse fellows on leadership paths.
