Over the next 8 years I had the opportunity to work across a range of cancer services – including clinical haematology, radiation oncology and medical oncology as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and an Oncology Nurse Educator. Unwell patients must be admitted to the local hospital via ambulance if they require urgent inpatient care.
