Over the next 8 years I had the opportunity to work across a range of cancer services – including clinical haematology, radiation oncology and medical oncology as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and an Oncology Nurse Educator. Outpatient patient care must be completed each day as there is no overnight shift or back up from external wards.
