The Nursing profession is evolving rapidly, and with the rise of technology and telehealth, Nurses now have more opportunities than ever to work remotely. Virtual Nursing jobs offer flexibility, work-lifebalance, and the ability to impact patient care from anywhere.
It’s clear that the state of the nursing shortage is at a crisis level. As an experienced bedsidenurse, a recent nursing psychiatric/mental health graduate student, and a clinical adjunct faculty instructor, I have a strong opinion about what must be done. First and foremost, nurses require better pay.
